Performing a maintenance on your system not only keeps it all in mint condition but also enables the technician to find any possible issues that may arise in the future and can save a small fix turning into a big job. Regular maintenance is not always optional, avoiding to maintain your Air Conditioner may void your warranty and end up costing you a lot of money.
What problems occur without maintenance?
- Illness - this is caused by unclean filters causing a build up of bad bacteria
- Rust- can form on the chassis of the unit and even on the fins and fan coil
- Failure to identify gas leak- without testing the pressure of the system it is unknown if a gas leak has occurred
