We had a team arrive at the office within a few hours, after our initial call to Global Cooling, to investigate the problems with our AC, and unfortunately the system was old and needed to be replaced. After a countrywide search for the air-conditioning unit that we needed, we were informed that we would have to wait for 6 weeks for the next container to arrive in Australia. But after days on the phone they managed to secure the system that we needed and within a week we were ready for installation. I would like to thank the team for their professional approach to what was quite a large job of removing everything from the old system from the roof space and the outside units, and replacing with the a system and even cleaned up after themselves!
